Service Description
Grief comes in many forms. It may be loss of someone you love through bereavement, the end of a relationship, separation or divorce or the loss of the future you imagined. Whatever your loss grief can leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or simply unsure of what you are anymore. You don’t have to face it alone! Using a combination of hypnotherapy and CBT I offer a calm, supportive space where you can gently work through your thoughts and emotions. Its never too early or late to ask for support.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Appointments with Intuita Hypno-CBT can be booked online. Your appointment is confirmed once any required payment has been received and confirmation has been sent by email. Payment is due when booking unless agreed otherwise. Current fees are displayed on our website and may change. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an appointment where appropriate. Cancellations and Rescheduling At least **48 hours’ notice** is required to cancel or rearrange a session. Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be moved to another available date or refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Missed appointments and no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion. If Intuita Hypno-CBT cancels your appointment, we will offer another date or provide a full refund if this cannot be arranged. Therapy Bundles Bundle sessions must be used within **three months of purchase**. Unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred. Bundles are personal to the named client and cannot be shared. Once the first session has been attended, the bundle is non-refundable unless required by law. The 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bundle sessions. Late cancellations, missed sessions and no-shows will be deducted from the remaining balance. Late Arrival Please arrive or join on time. Late sessions will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full fee will remain payable. Online Sessions Clients are responsible for a reliable internet connection, working audio and video, and a quiet, private space. We cannot accept responsibility for technical issues outside our control, although reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule the session. Refunds Refunds will not normally be given for late cancellations, no-shows, completed sessions, expired bundle sessions or bundles where the first session has been attended. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Important Information Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy support emotional wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for emergency support, medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric treatment or professional healthcare. Please follow advice from your GP or healthcare provider and do not stop or change prescribed medication
